Profile

Dr Neha Arora is a Assistant Professor of International Business, Entrepreneurship, and Economics at IMS Ghaziabad, with over a decade of experience in teaching, research, and industry engagement. She holds a Ph.D. in International Business from the Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi, and has enhanced her academic expertise through the International Business Masterclass at Henley Business School, University of Reading (UK).

 


Her industry experience includes working with ESPALIER, a strategy analytics consulting firm, where she applied data-driven insights to business problems. Her research interests span carbon markets, green investing, sustainable development, and international trade, with notable collaborations such as a study on the India-China trade deficit with the PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

 

Dr. Arora has presented her work at leading academic platforms including IIMs, MICA, Delhi University, and the Academy of Global Business Research and Practice, where she received a Best Paper Award for her work on carbon credit pricing. She has also contributed to national curriculum development with the Ministry of HRD, Government of India. An active educator and speaker, she has delivered 20+ guest lectures on case study teaching, career planning, and future-ready skills.
