Brief Profile:

A seasoned professional with over 6 years of varied experience in the fields of Marketing, Communication, Media Production, Training and Development. An effective communicator with strong analytical, interpersonal & organizational abilities. Her strength includes effectively using industry exposure to train students for campus interviews and to prepare them for their corporate journey. Apart from bringing a nuanced understanding of topics, she does her work with a lot of passion and firmly believes that learning never ends. Her academic achievements include B.com, M.com from Delhi University. She also holds a master degree in Mass communication and a post graduate diploma in marketing. She is currently pursuing Ph.d from Banasthli Vidyapeeth, Rajasthan.

Educational Qualification:

Currently pursuing Ph.d from Banasthali Vidyapeeth .Graduation and Post-graduation in commerce form Delhi University, PG Diploma in Marketing Management from Times School of Marketing, PG Diploma in Mass Communication Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan, and Master in Mass Communication from Hissar University.


Over 6 yrs of experience in advertising and media. Have worked with various brands like Sahara, Jaypee , Times of India etc. Have a hands on exposure in the field of client development, Ideating and developing creative marketing communication, strategizing a communication plan, planning organizing and producing various programs amongst others. As a Freelance trainer she has been Imparting knowledge as per academic curriculum; recognizing, respecting and nurturing the creative potential of each student; conceptualizing & developing training & development initiatives for improved productivity, capability building and quality enhancement. Delivering training sessions for both in-house and outsourced resources as well as for new/existing resources, as per requirement; teaching students & taking practical sessions, making them understand the concepts & basics at ground level and preparing students for campus interviews.
