Brief Profile:

Dr. Anita Singh is a Professor -HR at Institute of Management Studies Ghaziabad and has experience of 23 years in teaching, research and training. Dr. Anita has earned Ph.D.in the area of Management .She holds a Master of Business Administration, Masters in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations and EPHRM course from IIM-Calcutta She has undertaken training and consultation in strategic human resource management, team building & conflict management, communication strategies for effective employee engagement, management effectiveness through self awareness, change management, performance management &competency mapping, emotional intelligence and leadership development for reputed organizations in public and private sectors , to name few : Training Programme for BSNL - ALTTC (Advanced Level Telecom Training Centre, Ghaziabad), Star Resources, N.Delhi, Postal Staff Services. She has published more than 70 papers in national/international peer reviewed journals /conference proceedings. She is on the Editorial Board of Review of Management a peer reviewed journal published by Spartacus India for Management Development Research Foundation, New Delhi (India) and in Book man journals
