Two Day Management Development Programme in “Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Technology”,

13th - 14th November 2009.

Institute of Management Studies, Ghaziabad, was set up in the year 1990, with a dream of nurturing and developing managerial talent. The IMS group of Institutions, Ghaziabad, equipped with the State - Of - The - Art Infrastructure has taken great strides in the field of professional and technical education during its Nineteen Years of successful and meaningful existence. IMS group of Institutions are actively engaged in conducting research, consultancy, management and executive development programmes. MDPs in particular are being offered in various areas of Management, International marketing, Marketing, Skills and Strategy, HR, Finance and Operations. The Institute has announced a series of Management Development Programmes on varied subjects, having relevance to the industry needs which help the participants to hone their skills pertaining to their role and responsibilities.

One of the MDPs in the series is being scheduled on 13th & 14th November at IMS - Ghaziabad Campus. The Programme Director for this MDP is Dr. Urvashi Makkar. Her detailed profile is specified in the MDP Brochure.

I am pleased to enclose the Programme Brochure having comprehensive information about the above programme. A link has also been provided in the Brochure to download the registration/nomination form to facilitate the procedure of sending nominations. The programme fee per participant is Rs 7,500/- on a non – residential basis and Rs 10,500/- on residential basis, which will include breakfast & dinner (Lunch to be served on campus during the MDP). The nominations should reach the Institute at least one month before the Programme commences.
