Guest Lecture

Attention: For PGDM Students (HR) Term-V(2008-2010) Labour Laws

All the Students are hereby informed that there will be a guest Lecture by Mr. Abhay Narayan Das (The reputed Labour Lawyer of the Supreme Court of India). He is a dynamic Lawyer with more than 16 years of experience in handling industrial and labour issues in High Courts and the Supreme Court of India. Currently he is handling some of the important cases in the Supreme Court related to some MNCs in Gurgaon. He will discuss on two relevant cases which is highly relevant in the current context of liberalization pertaining to important industrial and labour issue for prospective managers. Obliviously his lecture will cover some portion of the labour laws which is in the syllabus. .
