• The Corporate Resource Centre (CRC) at IMS is one of its kind in any Business School in India and has been conceived with the objective of bringing corporate personnel and academia together, so that these corporate personnel could share some of their experience with prospective managers. It acts as an interface between the Students, Faculty, and Corporate world. The center strives to achieve excellence in the management education through continuous interaction with the industry.
  
  
• It consists of a team of highly experienced industry professionals, supported by an experienced faculty who guides in organizing various management/IT events.
  
  
• The regular interaction with the industry helps management/IT students to apply their theoretical knowledge in practice. This two way interaction under the aegis of CRC enriches the IMS students to a great extent and helps them to be prepared as per industry requirements.
  
  
• CRC enjoys the supports from renowned management association such as AIMA, FICCI, CII, DMA, NMA and National HRD Network
  
  
• Corporate Resource center is responsible for conducting various events like MDP's Guest lectures, Seminar, Consultancy for Executive Development Programmes, Industry Visits, Corporate get-togethers, Event Management, Research and Resource sharing and Networking.
  
  
• CRC also administers all placement activities and believes that "responsibility" is a key word. The students are guided by CRC right from designing, printing of brochures to presentation in various companies and taking care of placement activities. It maintains regular contacts with the
  Alumni in association with the alumni committee.
  
  
• The Personality Development Programmes sessions are organized by CRC for the students, which involves career counseling and active strategy formulation to help enhance their training and Placement Programmes.
  
  
• CRC activities are real life organizational dynamics for prospective and budding managers.

IMS has been actively involved in promoting management excellence by organizing and being an academic partner to various national management events conducted by AIMA, DMA, National HRD Network etc. The faculty members and students have been benefited immensely by participating in these events. Business Success in today's economy demands a global mindset and IMS-CRC works hard to foster such perspectives among its students. Seminars and Conferences are organized at regular intervals.

An intelligent human being is the one who keeps learning. Personality is one's biggest asset. One, which you can, neither get rid of, nor can you hide. Personality and its development are aspects of human life that should be developed through consistent efforts. In today's world, academic knowledge alone is not sufficient to grow and excel in life. It is no longer possible to get a job or an admission just on the basis of an entrance test. Each of these processes are followed by either a group Discussion or a Personal Interview, or both. Therefore we not only have to be technically and academically sound but also on other personality fronts. The PPSP module aims to make the students more confident, assertive, and aware of themselves and their surroundings. This will help them emerge smarter and more dynamic individuals. The following and a few other factors are taken into consideration while conducting these classes; self-awareness, General Awareness, IQ, EQ, Social Skills, Presentation Skills, Creativity, Communication Skills, Positive Attitude etc. Thus the PPSP module provides a platform to the students to start improving on this everevolving phenomenon called personality.
